What is the maximum passenger capacity?
The Mercedes E-Class accommodates up to 3 passengers, the V-Class up to 7 passengers, and the S-Class up to 3 passengers in maximum comfort.
How much luggage can I bring?
E-Class and S-Class: 2 large suitcases + 2 cabin bags. V-Class: 5+ large suitcases. For oversized luggage (skis, golf bags, etc.) please notify us when booking.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge. Please specify the child’s age when booking.
Are your vehicles fully insured?
All our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance covering the vehicle, the chauffeur, all passengers and their belongings during the journey.
How recent are your vehicles?
Our fleet is renewed every 2 to 3 years. Each Mercedes-Benz is maintained daily and serviced according to Mercedes-Benz official standards.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. You can request the E-Class, V-Class or S-Class when booking. Specific colour or model variants may be available on request, subject to fleet availability.
