All vehicles are meticulously maintained, less than 3 years old, and equipped with amenities like WiFi, bottled water, and phone chargers.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak seasons and for special events. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability. For airport transfers, we monitor your flight in real-time and adjust pickup times accordingly.
Are your chauffeurs English-speaking?
Yes, all our professional chauffeurs are fluent in English and French. Many also speak additional languages including Spanish, Greek, Arabic, and Sinhala. You can specify language preferences when booking.
What is included in your pricing?
Our transparent fixed pricing includes the vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and all taxes. For airport transfers, meet & greet service and flight monitoring are included. There are no hidden fees or surge pricing – the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide complimentary child seats, booster seats, and infant carriers upon request. Please specify the age and number of children when booking so we can ensure the appropriate safety equipment is installed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to fees. For modified reservations (time or location changes), please contact us at least 2 hours before pickup.
Can I make stops during my journey?
Absolutely. For hourly chauffeur services, you have complete flexibility to make multiple stops. For point-to-point transfers, brief stops can be accommodated at no extra charge. Longer stops may be subject to waiting time fees.
